Shipping policy

We aim to produce and ship all items within 48 hours of the order being placed, during busier periods (prior to the start of each term time), this may take slightly longer.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class in a hard backed recyclable envelope and usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. If you haven't received your item(s) after 10 working days from placing the order, please contact sales@mytags.co.uk
